Currently being showcased in the HPE Customer Innovation Centre (CIC), this long-awaited enhancement brings powerful new capabilities to the palm of your hand – enabling Network Professionals to monitor, respond and assess from wherever they are on campus, without needing to return to a desktop.
Designed for a Mobile-First World
Vision Mobile is more than a responsive version of the desktop platform – it's been completely redesigned for mobile usability, combining sleek interface design with powerful core functionality.
Whether you're roaming the campus, in a comms room, or responding to an alert on the move, Vision Mobile provides quick, clear insight into network status, healthy space data, and critical alerts – all optimised for smaller screens and on-the-go decision-making.
Key use cases include:
• On-the-go alert management
• Kiosk display options via fixed tablet mode
• Mobile-first monitoring for real-time campus performance insights
While deeper levels of data and advanced troubleshooting tools are still best suited to the desktop environment, users can switch seamlessly to desktop mode via a link in the main menu when needed.

The mobile platform has been engineered around the principle of "viewing, not doing" – making it the ideal tool for fast insight and confident triage, rather than in-depth administrative tasks. This thoughtful division of functionality ensures the mobile experience is lightweight, fast, and easy to use – without overwhelming the user with unnecessary detail.
Smarter, More Granular Alerting
Alongside the mobile launch, we’ve also rolled out a major overhaul of our alerting functionality. Now, alerts can be tailored more precisely – distinguishing between customer-facing and Qolcom service desk notifications. This helps eliminate alert fatigue, ensuring that the right people receive the right information at the right time, with no more and no less than what’s required.
